Shimabuku wore a smile that day, at the dawning of a family with one heart way....The family grew to a land to find... a home in North Carolina, California, Washington and Georgia too. Then from there the family grew.

From Kyus we work so slow and long..., .listen to your Sensei until he's done.... Soon you'll find that you are one... ISSHINRYU...Discipline, respect, and all you've done... will help to make you just that one.... Your strongest opponent is you yourself,... keep your health. .Oh baby don't you come to play.., when you mess with the One Heart Way, cause if you do... you'll never make it thru, ISSHINRYU.
